Yes, all payments are handled by third-party bank custodians Stripe and your bank card information never hits our servers.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders submitted online can be delivered to all countries. The shipping charge differs from the shipping address and package content. For more detail, you can check when checking out.

How long will delivery take?

Around 5-9 business days, you will get the package. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas due to the COVID-19 impact.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

When the order payment is taken from my bank account?

The payment will be taken from your bank account at the time of order is submitted successfully.

Do you accept the OEM/ODM design?

Absolutely Yes. Welcome for inquiries with OEM or ODM projects. Experienced engineer and customer service team will assist with you any fresh or interesting idea launched.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

  1. In an effort to minimize any delay in resolving a damage or wrong shipment claim, pls keep the damaged products or wrong shipment remain in the original carton.
  2. Please notify N95instock of any damages in transit or wrong shipment within two (2) business days of receipt. An N95instock sales representative will reply to you within 24 hours with solutions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel or change your order before shipment. Pls, contact us about the shipment situation first.
